Delivery period :
Our online sale website of outdoor fournitures offers a large choice of teack, metal and other material furnitures in the largest range of colours for this market. It is thus difficult to have all products in stock, this is why the delivery period is from 15 days to 3 weeks.
Nevertheless, if you have an emergency, please do no hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to shorten this delay and to deliver your furnitures in the best guaranted conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
Fees of delivery :
A fixed price of 39 euros is asked for any delivery in Metropolitan France. The delivery is free starting from an order of 1.500 euros including all taxes. For any other delivery place of your furniture, thank you to contact us 33 (0) 4 78 44 26 02 or by email : info@jardins-hemera.com

Transport :
The goods,outdoor furniture and accessories, travel at the risk of the recipient, whoever the client, including when they are dispatched Franco. It belongs to the recipient, in the presence of the deliveryman, to note the delays, the damage of the products, their number. In the event of reserve and in accordance with articles 105 and following the Trade Code, it is up to the recipients to exert their resort against the conveyors, within the legal terms and time and to inform immediately the company "Les jardins d'Héméra"
Return of goods :
In application of the provisions of the L.121-16 article of the Consumption Code, the purchaser has a seven days deadline from the delivery to turn over the product delivered for exchange or refunding, without penalties, except for the expenses of return. Any unpaid port will be accepted. No return will be accepted without prior agreement.
The goods will have to be turned over in their original packing.
